Embroidered patch issued to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Apollo 14 Lunar Mission.  Launched aboard a Saturn V rocket from Kennedy Space Center's Launch Complex 39A.  Mission duration: 31 January - 9 February 1971

Eighth crewed mission in Apollo Program.  Third to land on the Moon.

Mission objectives: Remain on the moon 2 days. Perform 2 moonwalks
